Adam caught up the attention of the global media after NotionInk showcased it at CES 10 in Las Vegas on 8th January 2010. Adam is basically a 10.1 inch Tablet PC with inbuilt Ebook reader client. It has a host of features that makes it a very useful gadget. With an ebook client, you can read any ebook on Adam. If you are bored reading books, you could connect to internet, listen music or watch videos. Its swivel camera and inbuilt microphone makes it very convenient for video chats. Connectivity is virtually seamless as it is WiFi and 3G compatible and 3G is slated to be launched in India very soon. It is rumored to be priced at $325 while iPad costs around $499 and this makes Adam a serious competitor to iPad.
