There’s a quick way by which you can enable or disable ‘User Account Access’ window from the command line: Make sure you are running in administrator mode. Type ‘cmd’ in the start menu search box. Press ‘Ctrl+Shift+Enter’. Windows Vista will prompt for your permission.
