Use different referencing system in Word 2007

Word 2007 has inbuilt referencing system that lets the user to cite sources of reference and to prepare a bibliography or reference list. It has limited inbuilt referencing styles. The University in which I am studying has set forth the requirement for referencing style to be Harvard style (AGPS). But the Word 2007 does not

Office 2010 is the latest productivity suite from Microsoft which will be shipped in 2010. Office 2010 will be available for Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista and Windows 7 and will be available in both 32-bit and 64-bit. One of the major feature updates in Office 2010 is its web applications called ‘Office Web Apps’.
MSN Encarta to be discontinued

Encarta Encyclopedia was launched by Microsoft in 1993. The journey of Encarta from 1993 to 2009 was very enriching. Contents and features were continuously enhanced in every subsequent launch. Encarta became one of the most popular encyclopedias.
I guess, the popularity of Wikipedia may be related to the decision of Microsoft to discontinue Encarta.
