YouTube has come with some major announcements last week with the inception of its mobile website, YouTube lean back and new support for videos.
YouTube Mobile site:
With the increasing number of mobile users around the world with Smart phones like Motorola milestone, HTC etc companies are concentrating more and more on there mobile presence. Every website has now a mobile version of there website which is faster to load and easier to use in a mobile. YouTube had launched their mobile website (m.YouTube.com) way back in 2007 and now they rolled out an updated version of their mobile website with the following features.

- More touch friendly for user using touch screen mobiles
- Search, playlist, like, unlike and favorite features added.
YouTube Lean back:
YouTube Lean back is the site where you can just sit back, relax and watch YouTube just like Your TV. You don’t have to search, browse, click numerous other links to watch a video. Just go to the home page and the video starts automatically and you can use the four navigation keys on your keyboard to do all the functions of stop, play, pause , forward etc. and to move to next video. Best part is that once you have selected your personal feed as you go to the website the videos start playing in Full screen and High definition continuously, thus removing any more browsing and clicks.If you are bored with the present videos just click on the Down arrow twice and then right arrow to browse through different Categories like Auto & Vehicle, Entertainment, Travel & events, Sports etc. Isn’t this cool watching YouTube like a TV.
