Very concise and useful article.. most of the users are unaware of the page file and page fault concepts.By listing the advantages of these concepts, performance of a system can be altered at the user end corresponding to their needs.

Regarding disabling pagefile or changing settings:
Disabling the pagefile will NOT disable virtual memory (impossible), neither wil it disable paging. The pagefile was designed to improve performance, not merely to compensate for a shortage of RAM. The internet contains an enormous amount of misinformation and bad advice about the pagefile. Most of what you will read will be wrong.

Very best advice concerning the pagefile:
Unless you have a very specific need and you understand what you are doing, leave all pagefile settings on default. Many users who are VERY experienced do just that.

The function of the pagefile is probably very different than what you think it is. Windows designers understand memory management and the pagefile better than you do.
