You can run multiple instances of Google Talk simultaneously and sign in in with different id. Trick 1 (command prompt) Run ‘command prompt’ Switch to the directory where Google Talk is installed Type ‘googletalk \nomutex’ and press enter Repeat the previous step to run as many instances as you like Trick 2 (create shortcuts)
Use different referencing system in Word 2007

Word 2007 has inbuilt referencing system that lets the user to cite sources of reference and to prepare a bibliography or reference list. It has limited inbuilt referencing styles. The University in which I am studying has set forth the requirement for referencing style to be Harvard style (AGPS). But the Word 2007 does not
